Everything has gone wrong. I would NEVER use this company again. I had to chase and chase for anyone to come out. Then chase again when they only partly completed the job. Then when no-one turned up for the appointment they texted me the following week to say the job had been cancelled! I consider a 1* rating to be too high!!!
