Engineer turned up without the parts required to fix the error code. Only one component required so pretty unbelievable.
Company lied that they had arrived for a second visit and found no one home, I know this is not true. Then today despite confirming this morning that they would attend, no one arrived. That's two days holiday wasted.
I would not recommend you use this company.
