Do NOT use this company. They ripped me off. 'No Fix no fee' does not mean what it says. The engineer left saying he would order a part and would call me within two days and be back the following week. When I didn't get a call I rang them. Eventually after running up a big bill calling them from my mobile I was told it couldn't be repaired and I had been charged £45 call out fee.
I will be contacting trading standards and suggest in the meantime you do not pay them any money. They do not deserve to be in business.
