Absolutely shocking.
Terrible service. Scam.took money upfront on 11.12.2019. for repair. Repair still not done. I got told twice the part was on order and they were waiting for it to be delivered. I then found the needed part online with next day delivery! Called them back to tell them this. Since then 2 engineer visits have been cancelled by the engineer company. Still no repairs one. 1 month later
