Upon having been lied to by Repaircare I have found this page, wish I’d looked a bit better first.
As all the others on here the company’s business model is a scam designed for them to pick and choose which jobs they take, when they find out it costs more than the fixed fee they pretend the part is no longer available so appliance is unrepairable!
They take the money, sit on it for weeks gaining interest.
If I could give zero or negative stars I would.
