Absolutely disgusting customer service unprofessional, unhelpful. All advisers need good training. Collected our Toshiba TV almost 2 weeks ago. I have to chase them. TV was damaged in transition I have been told now is not on the warranty and I will not be able to have refund and the do understand my frustration but it is no ones fault.... Excuse me my 3 kids staying without TV for Christmas, such a magic. I lost TV I lost £300 pound. It is someone's fault.
Manager refused to call and provide evidence of phon call.
I am raising complain with Toshiba.
