An absolute scam of a company! Samsung uses these plonkers to carry out monitor repairs.
My Samsung joystick went wrong on the monitor so I couldn't switch inputs or brightness etc. I contacted Samsung who asked this company to call me and collect the monitor. Lucy from Repairtech asked me if I had the box and I said no obviously not it was 8 months old.
She sent a courier with a flimsy box and a very poor amount of packaging. She did not tell me about any packaging instruction email. The courier then packaged the monitor.
I expected the monitor to be fixed and returned and they called me to say the monitor was damaged in transit and that I would have to pay for it? I was Shocked!
Send flimsy packaging and then blame the customer when they could easily claim it from the courier.
I immediately wrote a complaint in and have waited all week for an update. I called in multiple times and they say they will respond to the complaint but Lucy never did.
I am still waiting for a response to my complaint and also my repair to be done. I think its highly probable I will take the complaint to someone else and recover the funds via court action.
Avoid like the PLAGUE!
