first off i was refused custom size pots, then they don't put two of the same one in i ordered. contacted CS, assumed i lied and demanded photo evidence that i didn't get it (which i don't know how i can prove i didn't get it) and then just offered the one single pot to replace, might still buy from you, not too sure yet, looking elsewhere for micas. felt that my custom wasn't worth the energy from the cs team.
