I am new to working with resins and found the Resin8 site on a general search. I gave them a call and found them to be knowledgeable and very helpful.
Having chosen what I needed, I placed an order with faster delivery, as my project had a deadline. Unfortunately, Royal Mail messed up and lost the parcel. With the deadline fast approaching, I contacted customer service and received a speedy response. Without any argument, they arranged a next day delivery at no cost, and the project was completed on time. Full marks to Resin8 for great service all round!
