Please could you return to using Royal Mail as soon as possible? My usual postie leaves my parcels with a neighbour but the courier wants me to rearrange a new time and I wont be able to get it till after the weekend. If I want to collect it, it's an hour's round trip rather - a lot further than going to the Royal Mail depo to get it. I haven't got the parcel yet but I'm giving 5 stars based on my previous experience with you.
