Items are always high quality and arrive on time, well packaged and undamaged. I’ve ordered perhaps 25 times and have only ever had 1 issue where a jar lid unscrewed in transit with the contents emptying into the little zip lock bag it was in - Resin8 customer service was super helpful and sent a replacement straight away.
