Every once in a while you stumble across a business that just gets it right. From the photos and descriptions on the website leaving you in no doubt as to what you're ordering, to the delivery service hitting times and dates on the button. My Customer Journey with Resin8 was stellar. I was purchasing for my Girlfriend ahead of Christmas and (following a very comprehensive list, naturally) I was able to find and purchase everything I needed without confusion. There was one oversight I'll admit fault to missing an item off the list but a quick email to the girls at Resin8 and one phone call later...a happy recipient I shall have on Christmas Day.
