I called Rest Assured and spoke to a lady named Kelly who was very helpful especially when I told her I had been in the funeral business. She did not have to sell as such but went through all details and sent the package which I received the following day and read through and was happy so went ahead and purchased the plan. Payment was easy on their secure system and the following day received an Email to say my direct details had been removed once payment had been taken so was happy with the result. They are also preparing a Power of Attorney pack free so again very happy but am still waiting for POA to arrive. The only down side the my address on the document was spelt Isle 0f Whight and not Isle of Wight as it should be but that is being rectified.
