Well presented and provides what we need to future proof as far as we can.
Agent Ian was attentive and available to answer questions (of which I had a few!!) and was able to call on business manager support if needed.
Hopefully we won't need to implement the plan soon. A word of caution which should be fairly obvious - if your plan is not fully paid at point of demise, there will be a charge for the balance
