Purchased a Plan, paperwork confirmation not very good, small writing on some if it which they are aware of so why not enlarge it in the first place? More interested in touting for business on Welcome letter and Next of Kin notification form rather than stating correct details of Plan services - disappointing!! Still awaiting Will information, was told someone comes to the house but now informed this is not the case!
