When I took out my funeral plan it was easy and Definitely No pressure on their part No way trying to sell you a plan that you dont want or Need the person who I had to guide me was a Laura Joseph who was very helpful & i was under no pressure from her at all the decisions was made by myself and didn't feel rushed I would recommend anybody if they are thinking about a funeral plan to go with rest assured is the one for them and if possible try and get Laura Joseph we just had a lot of laughter and jokes she was fantastic whilst still been a professional Customer person 99.½% satisfied as of now I cant be fully satisfied 100% as I wont know to I get to the other side of the gates 🤔 But overall yes I'm satisfied
