Genuinely surprised at the friendly and Listening Reception I received from Konstantine, having expected as previously from a Comparative Survey Service that provided me with the "Best Value Funeral Plan", which resulted in a quote for what they thought I would require rather than being interested in my, perhaps rather basic personal wishes that I considered practical and to my simple needs, rather than necessarily with considerations of cost and certainly not what I was quoted!!
