I decided to take out a funeral plan after the recent death of my husband. It's one less thing for my family to sort out at a stressful time. The salesperson that I dealt with (lee)was excellent,he explained the different plans and he wasn't pushy at all,he answered any questions I had. The conversation was light hearted,not the doom and gloom you would think. It did feel a bit strange at first talking about your funeral but I saw it as taking out life insurance knowing that it's one less thing for my family to worry about.
