Arranging my own funeral was not something I wanted to do but thought I should do. Rest Assured Funeral Plans rang and we did the whole process on the phone. Everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way which made it easier to say yes to the plan. Flexibility is also a factor in being able to customise the plan.
