The bloke I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional the way he dealt with me put me at great ease it was more like booking a weekend break away given the subject topic that feeling I described is a reflection on how at ease I was anyway if all your staff followed this gentleman's work ethics you surely would be uks leading funeral people very pleased now I can rest assured that I paid in full with nothing more to pay I can rest in peace pardon the pun lol thank you again Joseph Roberts
