Having had a bad experience with a different funeral plan prosperous life I lost over £400.00 as they did not collect a direct debit and then because unbeknown to me that it was not collected lost the plan was very upset. So far so good with you’re company I hope with all my heart everything goes as planned. Phil who gave me the plan was very nice and helpful but didn’t get back to me as promised I have paid in full for my plan
