The lady I spoke to on the telephone twice was so very helpful she couldn't do enough for me nothing was too much trouble. You have a great employee first impressions excellent. Customer service excellent. Items delivered on time excellent. Excellent postal service which she organised for me. Sorry I can't remember her name. You must be soproud to have staff like this.
