Waited a week for skip to be collected. Told it would be collected between 8 and 9am 27 June. No-one came. I needed to be present to ensure the safety of parents and children arriving for activities in the church building. Called the office and was told the driver was in Wimbledon. Asked when he would actually arrive. Got diverted to voicemail. Received a call back to say the driver was in Kingston delivering at the Bentalls Centre but would arrive soon. He did. Driver friendly and helpful but why do I have chse up every time to get things done?
