I will not use them again,they charge me £120 for waste of journey because driver couldn’t ring the bell because was client car parked next to the skip,(driver didn’t bother to get out of car)just drove off,and the team works in office all told me we gone look cctv and if driver didn’t ring the bell we refund you ,after they check and I was right they said we can’t refund you because of our policy,not prefsional behaviour
