My previous résumé felt obsolete and, to be honest, didn't accurately represent my current self or my contributions. I didn't know how to present my experience in a way that was authentic to me and felt professional.
They inquired about my goals, abilities, the types of roles I'm looking for, and even how I wanted the resume to "feel" to the person reading it, in addition to my professional affairs. I felt like I was being heard, not just processed, because of that degree of attention.
