Suzannah was very professional and quick to respond to my questions. She certainly made me sound great (almost too great!). I'm totally happy with the end result and impressed at the quick turn around. I only deduct one mark, not because of my writer, but because it was not clear from website that package I purchased did not include an actual verbal conversation with a person- only text.
