1.Your CSR team is great were very patient and helpful.
2.Regarding your website, it would be great to be able to upgrade an order I needed to cancel one have a refund to upgrade to a heavier vinyl. (before production and confirmation but after billing).
3.When paying with Paypal, I have no place to insert the phone number not in PayPal and not in your program.
