Designing process was easy. The phone representative was very helpful - 5 stars to her. Ordering was easy, but didn't expect the shipping charges to be that high (so minus 1 star). Hopefully you will have the option of free shipping for your product in the future.Will review appropriately, once I receive the actual product.
