The positive: 1) Overall looks good and well done 2) Fairly easy to setup The less positive: 1) Right out of the box, the banner was stuck in its closed position and I could not open it without resorting to using some tools, hoping not to damage the base or the banner itself. 2) After managing to extract the banner from its stuck position, I noticed the plastic plugs at its extremities were not fully inserted, resulting in locking the upper banner rod on its base. Sò I had the hammer in both plastic plugs. After that it worked fine. So, overall, a good banner, but a better QC should be in place before delivery.
