I love the gloves. Got em in 12oz, the padding is very dense, im a hard puncher and I mainly use these for the heavy bag. I feel the protection, my fist, and my wrist feel safe even when I dig heavy hooks or other hard shots into the bag. No sore knuckles or wrist aches I want to get these in 10 oz because I have shoulder issues but ill have to wait till I have enough money. I recommend these gloves to anyone boxing, kickbox, or mma.
