I wear XL shinpads and was worrying if it would fit in the smaller bag. It did and also fit a pair of 16oz gloves, an XL cup, 2 pairs of handwraps, a pair of ankle guards and a mouthguard. The bag is made to fit it all without squeezing, and I would recommend it to martial artists of any size.
