I've always had my go-to compression shirt. Until I found this one, I was lost with the cheap junk out there. I'll be buying a few more in the near future. This shirt holds everything tight and helps keep muscles warm. I'm 200lbs, 5'10" @6.5% BF and I ordered an XL. Fits like a glove.
