I had an issue with a pair of gloves and contacted the company via the "contact us" tab on their website. Within a few hours a rep had called, and long story short said, "we want to do the right thing, not for reviews, but because it's the right thing to do." I was sent a replacement product and a tee shirt for my trouble. Can't recommend these guys enough!!!
