I discovered that there is a 2.5% fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the money! In response to my request (and a few back-and-forth emails), the customer service did nothing and, upon verification, I lost all of my money, including the account. Had T O N E L I M I T E D not saved me and secured my financial recovery, I would have been deeply in debt for an extended period of time.
