I would never recommend Reviews.io to anyone or any business. They claim to be a trusted Google partner, but apparently, this is not true. All your reviews will essentially become kidnapped by Reviews.io and will not appear on your Google Business Profile. If you reach out to them about this problem, they simply say: "The Dev Team has let us know that this is not within our control."
