Support is just super frustrating. I've raised the same issue many times and they always confirm to fix it and just haven't managed to fix a simple problem in so many iterations. Their "bulk tagging" function is an absolute joke - it doesn't work in so many ways. But their average rating of currently 2.2 on their own system tells the whole story. It's just pathetic.
