My first claim is for wellness/vaccinations and submitted in June. It’s now mid-August and no progress! I have spoken to reps twice, emailed, and chatted once. I’ve also responded (as has my vet) to request for more information (itemized info for routine vaccines ???). My claim was classified as “behavioral”, and after pointing this out repeatedly, it remains on the claim. I am beyond frustrated and ready to seek other insurance! With each conversation, I have been reassured that this will be resolved, then nothing. Very poor customer service! Also, the chat feature is a JOKE. It takes a miracle to connect if you click on need help with a claim.
