Quote number REV-550709-H7F5R2 Booked an appointment for Thursday 18 July. Received a message a day earlier confirming the appointment at the expected time at around 2pm. Noboby came. I messaged at around 2:30pm without receiving a reply. Received a message at around 3:07pm saying that the appointment was cancelled as the person was 'too busy' doing something else. Called back and they promised to sort it out for the next day. Nobody called me. Still waiting for this to happen. Don't know what king of people work for this company and how they have so many good reviews. Most of them must be fake, I assume.
