Preface: I am not one that thinks a vendor should get 5 stars for simply sending me what I ordered in a reasonable timeframe (that should be a 3 star).
However, Revzilla always does a great job and has backed up every product I have ordered from them. And yes, I have had to return an order. My orders have always come through when they said they would.
