From the first contact with Ian Cranefield , it was clear we had made exactly the right decision. He provided clear advice in terms of actions, expected outcome and likely costs. He very quickly entered into communication with the Local Authority, where we had been unable to obtain any dialogue, and the issue was closed. Througout the process we felt supported and reassured. Costs were more than reasonable for the service provided.
