Staff are all very friendly, informed and courteous. They do not patronise, condescend or make you feel uncomfortable at all despite their incredibly high level of expertise. They always have time to explain things fully and give time for decisions to be made. I have been coming here for several years now and Richer Sounds is always my first stop when upgrading or purchasing electronics.
