Not even worth a star... I turned up for 5 mins and was told I couldn't do the test. I had shoes that was inline with my ankle and was told that wasn't good enough. I then tried to make solutions and asked him if I could get boots before we went out on the road. He then said I couldn't. He had spare boots but wouldn't let me use them. I then tried to contact the customer service, they then were not helpful at all and they basically didn't really care about anything I told them and again had made no effort to make me the customer happy. Terrible customer service and terrible instructor. I phoned up another ride school in the local area and was told that what they are doing is illegal and they hand out equipment for free when needed! Don't make the same mistake as me!
