This was a non-standard order which required special handling. It has been handled in an exemplary manner; efficiently, courteously and with appropriate humour. This is typical of all of the dealings I've had with this company - excellent service and products at very good prices. Although this is a commercial company, its ethos, service and attitude reflects the high standards and culture of the outstanding regiment whose name it bears.
