Helpful and processed my claim fairly quickly. It took 3-4 months from initial interest to getting the cheque.
All I would say is that there are companies who my soldiers are going with instead because they charge a lower premium. This may be something to look into. I was charged nearly £700 from a £1900 odd claim. It's an expensive service considering the work required.
