They are quick to take your case but their after sales team is slow to deal with problems.
They also round their fees up which is wrong and unfair on the soldier's who they are representing. When I complained I received a £25 amazon voucher but how many others have been ripped off. I wouldn't recommend RIFT. BE AWARE!
