Very helpful when on the phone, when your not speaking to the right person your not waiting around on hold for ages and don't need to repeat who you are etc. They'll notify you when you need to do something and talk you through things clearly and it's nice to talk to someone who understands military life and the way pay works etc as many other financial companies can be difficult because of this.
