Although i was happy to receive money that i never knew i was entitled to. I received half the amount of a fellow coworker. And almost ×3 the amount of cash deducted from my claim than his. His £100 deducted over £1200. And mine was £280 over £1000 per year even though my expenses were £4900 compared to his £2900. Although "RIFT" says it is correct i feel there is something wrong here but accepted the offer as they wern't able to change it. Therefor i give 3 stars. If i was considered the same way as my friends deduction i would have gave 5 stars. But thanks anyway i never knew i was due some tax back so you have helped me out. Not sure wheather to try claim on my own next year or use rift but i think i will try on my own first. Thanks again
