Pending the outcome of my claim, my experience with RIFT has been really positive. All correspondence was swift, professional and to the point. At no point did I feel misinformed.
As a suggestion, I would make it clear about the information you need to process a claim. My process would have been alot more efficient if I was told what you needed from day 1, rather than requesting part by part information. A simple request for information form stating all items needed would probably work.
