My experience with Rift was long and unpleasant. Every step I took to making a claim, the less I was estimated. I was estimated around £500 in the beginning, then to be credited under £20.
If you're thinking of using Rift, I'd get them to fill out all the paperwork and when you go to sign it, just download 'https://www.gov.uk/self-assessment-forms-and-helpsheets' and copy across the same information to do it yourself. Save you time and money!
