Richard did so much for us it was amazing, a truly personal experience and we could always count on him. All questions were answered fast and in depth, each step was explained fully and we were never in the dark. Richard initially sorted our mortgage out for the second time but this time he also helped with life cover too. We had some trouble with the law firm and Richard and Holly went above and beyond to help sort thing outs and get us updates.
